How to use

Itching: Add to your cream. Take 2 drops, 3 times a day diluted in honey or vegetable oil.
- You can add to your homemade cosmetic recipes (soaps, lotions, lip balms, bath bombs, candles and makeup)

Stress and anxiety: Diffuse pure true lavender essential oil using your diffuser. You can also use it with other oils.
- Insomnia: Diffuse true lavender essential oil for 30 minutes in your bedroom before bed. You can also place one or two drops on a cotton pad to place under your pillow.
- Acne: Place a drop on the pimple(s). You can also place two drops of true lavender essential oil on a cotton pad. Then go over the affected areas. You can also dilute true lavender essential oil with rosehip vegetable oil.

Warnings
- True lavender essential oil is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as in children under 3 years old.
- It can be irritating to sensitive skin. Always carry out a test by applying the diluted essential oil to an area of the skin.
