Lavender water uses
Apply the lavender facial toner every day after makeup remover or after cleansing the skin and before moisturizer. Spray on a cotton pad and apply to clean face and neck. Rinsing is not necessary.
You can also soak two compresses with it and pass it over the dark circles for around thirty minutes. A great tip from Muriel to prevent dark circles after a short night! Freshness will increase its effectiveness tenfold!
